When I was looking for a vet in the Spring Branch, Texas, area, I begin reading reviews for vets in the vicinity. After researching the area, I chose to call BranchVet and set up an appointment for my 7-year-old Maltipoo. I was able to promptly get an appointment with Dr. Grant. My experience with the scheduling, front desk, doctor's assistance and Dr. Grant was all amazing. They were friendly, on time, extremely competent, and friendly with me and my dog. Even though I am aware they have periods of being busier than others, it was easy to get an appointment. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Their pricing is reasonable and upfront. The veterinarian assistant and the veterinarian both asked good questions. I was given the opportunity to ask my own questions as well. As a new patient, my pup was at ease and will be back.
Great experience very informative and not pushy.
I can't even begin to show my appreciation for Branch Vet! Love the staff! The kindness, patience and compassion they have for my four legged babies is truly unbelievable! So glad to have found Branch Vet. Thank you!
