Called Canyon Vista to make sure they took friend's insurance. He repeatedly asked about a 30 day stay. He was on speaker so i heard the entire conversation. They assured him multiple times his insurance would cover all. I drove him over 2 hours to bring him there. Once there, it took forever for someone to even come into lobby to check him in. I had an amazing experience during my stay at Canyon Vista! The onsite staff were friendly and very helpful 🥰. I want the send a special acknowledgment to Sara the alumni coordinator. Sara was a professional with her work, while remaining relatable to the clients. I will definitely refer Canyon Vista to anyone in need of a quality detox environment .

I was a client at canyon vista and it changed my life the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous and supportive in my recovery I would recommend canyon vista to anyone suffering from mental health or addiction

These people left me hanging during my admission process when needed help for treatment not once but twice. Never called me back, active insurance everything. I assume they don’t care
