My father was a resident there. The staff are horrible. They left my father lie in his urine and stool for hours. The facility has a strong urine odor. Staff do not practice good hand hygiene. My father developed serious life threatening urine and blood infections. The facility is very short staff. Residents receive substandard care.
Unacceptable, outrageous service! I don’t know how this facility is still in business! How they manage to pretend that they care about the people? My son was admitted with severe muscle pain and they left him for more than a week without any treatment. There was no physician for 5-6 days, no one cares. This is a rehab facility but the therapists don’t do absolutely nothing. The personnel are cruel, heartless and left my son without any medications and treatment in pain.
