Recently had an out patient procedure and it was flawless. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone I encountered. It made it easy to relax. Thank you Dr Thompson and all who helped on 8/19/26. You were awesome!!
They charged me a copay for a 100% covered procedure. I paid it, because I wasn't cancelling day of. Two months later they admitted their mistake and said the copay would be refunded. They sent me a check for $5! Not the entire $65. Then almost a year later they tried to bill me again!! Forward 13 months! More than a year later. Their Leslie called, asked for the check number, verified it was cut for $5, not the full $65. She said i would receive it. My daughter has been in and out of the ER with some bad pains in her side at Canyon Vista They took great care of her. We had Jolene as our nurse practitioner and then we have Liam as our nurse who has been very on top of things for her. Haven’t missed a beat.they have all cared for her so much and I couldn’t be more grateful
