Very poor experience here. I went in with a head injury, I explained all of my concerns to the nurse that I first met with. she said she was going to get the nurse practitioner and tell her what was going on and she would be in in just a minute. Then the NP came in and was not made aware at all of what I was in for, had no clue that i had a gash in my head, or a huge bruise across the back of my head (Which is the reason I went to the ER because that can be a sign of a skull fracture). I was seen 10/20/25 for cough and chest pain pretty much thought I had the flu. They said it was rhino virus. Okay fine whatever. But I was treated so poorly by the nurses there on shift, I had to wait 3 hours in the lobby while people that got there after me were brought in. I was in a lot of pain. When I finally got back I didn't even get an IV until I had to beg them twice to help me. The nurse rolled her eyes and said okay let me send someone. We only go here for medical in Sierra Vista, friendly great staff, little bit of a wait at times, but worth the wait. Highly recommend!
