This was the most painful mamogram ever. Connie was not plesant and didn't appear to care that she was hurting me. The worst pain was in my clavicle and shouldn't even been squeezed. Im bruised. I will never come here again. In the past I had very good experiences. She yelled at me to stop screaming when I was in agony. How else would she know?
So many bad reviews. My only complaint is wait time. They need to be proactive change policy or do something to tell a patient prior to their appt approximate amount of time they will be there.and tell a patient that they will be there. My husband's appt was 9:15. We arrived at nine already checked in online. Yet it was 9:45 when they took blood and put in a IV for contrast. I would give zero stars if I could. First day scheduled for a biopsy at 1:00 PM. Arrived at 12:30 as requested. After waiting 2 hours the very polite nurse came and apologized that the doctor was way behind and would not get to me. So we rescheduled for the next day at 9:00 AM. That morning we were told they had to reschedule for 10:30 AM with an arrival at 10:00. Arrived ahead of schedule and signed in. At 11:30 finally had a pick line put in and blood drawn. Feeling extremely hopeless. I'm lame unable to walk for 2.5 months now. I had to get a different referral after 3 weeks of waiting on the phone for 40 minutes over 3 times to wait on hold just for the automated system to hang up on me without my choice. Every single time I called I was told I was # 7 in the queue. I feel like it's an automated system and no one is really there.
