Monday March 2 appointment 7 am it's after 9 am still sitting in the waiting room for my lung Scan well 4 others went before me and I have been here before them I want to put a complaint in no one knows how I let my insurance know that I told the lady in front to cancel my appointment for the march 3 and got home and called at 335 pm to see if they cancelled or not and the lady never did cancel it after 920 I asked the lady up front about my appointment and she said the insurance didn't pay to reschedule it I told her to can... read more
Would give zero stars if I could There are multiple reasons why this place is rated so LOW
I had a brain MRI on tues. 2/1726 @ 10am, i was asked to be there @ 9.30. Everyone there were great & worked quickly. The lady @ the desk had me fill out some pprs, she was very nice. The lady who took me back, made sure all the metal was in my lock. 2 other women @ the machine greeted me. They were all sweet to me. When i had the contrast given, it went so smooth. i didn't feel any ill effects. Where i'm from, the contrast made me feel unwell. Brain scan apt. @ 10am & i was back home @ 10:45am, 8 mins. away.
