Student and actual xray fine. Waited for over an hour, forced to cancel other appointments for the day. If you don't have half a day to waste and have scheduled appointments the same day, go to radiology in Calle Portal.
Carter Imaging has no sense of responsibility nor urgency. Once I finally got an appointment, the check-in was fine, the ultrasound procedure was fine, however the results were not prepared and sent to my physician. The script for the ultrasound incuded the appointment and my physicians contact information. I attended a medical appointment to review the results with my physician in Tucson. Came for an X-Ray today for my wife and found out that they are not doing them "today". Somehow this sounds like what we got the last time we visited here. With a multi million dollar complex, I expected much more than this.
It’s been 2 weeks and we are still waiting for our Pet Scan results. If catching the extent of cancer is a priority, they sure don’t care on their end. Give me a break.
Today's imaging technician was simply awesome! Very gentle and reassuring for a mammogram. Highly recommend 👍🏻
