The first time my mother was sent to the ER at Canyon Vista, I received a phone call to pick her up. She was left in a wheelchair in the lobby unattended for an hour! I was told they needed the bed space and she was 77years old, cold and shivering unattended in the lobby for an hour!!!! She was sent there yesterday for heart issues to be observed. Presented to ER with classic symptoms of pain related to kidney stones. Waited 90 minutes while staff took blood, did imaging, returned to waiting area. NO PAIN MEDICATION during all this time despite 10/10 pain with nausea & vomiting. Wife asked staff twice about receiving pain med but told needed to be in a bed and monitored while pain med administered. When taken back, was assigned a chair in the hallway, seen by ER MD, but wife had to check with staff again to request pain med. When finally given IV pain med, NO MON... read more

if you have a death wish or want them to tell you that there is nothing they could do go here. if you are ready to get rushed out even if your family member is showing signs they have mintues to go. Please stop on by here, they are happy to push you along and out of the hospital and ready to pass the buck because they dont want to put in work for helping people. iam so upset with canyon vista medical because they could not find what was wrong with my husband
