Incredible. They really push cleanings and not ones covered by insurance but ones they think you need. Had a deep cleaning, and they want you back every three months for periodontal maintenance. Like car dealer service departments, they look for work. After spending almost $4000.00 for a root canal, crown, 2 very small fillings and a deep cleaning, they want me to come every three months for periodontal maintenance at a cost of $180, and this is with insurance. I think not.
-0, there rating is less than ZERO. As a new patient, they refused my free general cleaning and "required" a deep cleaning at a cost of $900 first, (number rounded). I have recieved text messages since then to book an appointment for a "checkup". I did infact schedule an appointment to come in for a check up and a general cleaning. The day before my appointment I called the office and was ***** told by " front desk clerk -A", that I can not be seen there unless I pay a deep cleaning. This is for the San Diego location. In January I got work done. I believe I was upsold for unnecessary things. They scared me into getting things that were simply not needed. Simply put though that’s just a difference of opinions. Well signed a $1000 payment plan for the entire treatment. After decided I was getting taken advantage of, I canceled my next appointment.
