Dont be fooled by the five star reviews. Who would review a home they've spent 400 to 700k on and not leave an adequate review. That's clear coercion. I'm finally in my new home approximately 90 days. After a year long wait. I'm looking at the finishing touches and average at best. My major issue is the drywall. Once the house was painted; I was able to better visualize the novice drywall completion. Drywall takes an eye and experience that clearly the person that completed mine did not have.
