Are you coming here to get a pelvic ultrasound? Please do not! He made me wait 30 minutes with a full bladder before I even went back into the room. During the ultrasound, he found something that “wasn’t supposed to be there” several times. And used weird jargon comparing horses to zebras. The NP was friendly and approachable, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Throughout the visit, I was repeatedly asked what I wanted done instead of being guided through what is typically included in a physical exam. Regarding labs, there was no clear discussion about standard testing. I’m accustomed to routine labs being ordered during an annual physical, but that was not the case here unless I specifically asked. I will never go here ever again. The front desk lady was absolutely rude. I was mid panic attack stuck on the freeway, 5 minutes from my appointment, and my car engine died. I called and she was so rude and essentially stated I was being charged a $40 no show fee and hung up while I was in tears. Thanks for making a really stressful situation that much worse. No bedside manner. No customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who needs compassionate care.

I just delivered our third baby earlier this month, and all three have been with Canyon View in Spanish Fork. All three OB’s - Laraway, Morris and Crandall - have had a part in the journey and all three are incredible. They’ve all listened and break the stereotype of sterile, unbending OB.
