I don’t know who anybody else here had. But Kristen is truly wonderful. I had strange smelling urine, and haven’t been able to get pregnant for an extended period of time, and when the tests came back normal she offered multiple choices of things we could do to further test, even a physical examination. She is sincere when she listens and truly cares. I couldn’t recommend her more.
How can you hang up on me while on hold? Then turn off your phones and all of the sudden be "closed" during normal office hours as stated on the recorded message 9 to 5 I called before 430 was on hold got hung up on called back again before 430 to get a recording that its closed and call back. This all happened after I called early this morning and was told I would receive a call back. So thank you for nothing. Im so done with doctors not caring about me. You guys have left me waiting for 3 weeks now in pain without answers.... read more
I love all of the drs at this office! Can’t say enough good things about them. But ever since the office was bought out by Intermountain in April the call wait times are long, the nurses won’t get back to you and it’s like any other ob office in my opinion :(
