Rude staff in front when asking about my dog, quoting you have to be a client. Well given the conversation I will not patronize a business that is so upfront rude.
HORRIBLE. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE. This clinic DECLAWS CATS. Declawing will officially be illegal Jan 1, 2026 because of its inhumane nature, essentially cutting off the cushion of their toes, so the cat is forced to live a painful life walking on their knuckles. Imagine the pain, walking on your knuckles all day, every step you take on a straight bone. These veterinarians know what they're doing is wrong and inhumane. And the staff is complicit. Horrible, evil practice.
