Richard showed up within 45 minutes of me calling and had the tire fixed within the next 30 mins. I’ve never had better customer service.
My Outlander , driven by an employee had trouble 21 km north of Boston bar on 14th Nov. I called up this shop and spoke with the owner to have it towed to this shop. He demanded 150 dollars in advance and I paid immediately. After couple of hours I was told they have checked the vehicle and suspect either camshaft sensor or timing belt to be damaged. On 15th I was told they have run full diagnostics and the cam sensor is out. They demanded 300 dollars in advance to fix it and promised me vehicle will be ready on 17th.I paid ... read more
If I could give zero stars I would! $300 12V battery.. and the old Asian man screamed at me in front of customers.. “take it or go home!!” Customers came up to me after we left saying “wow!! What a complete nutjob!” He’s the only mechanic around here.. so ripping people off is the way here at this store. The battery was only at 60% too so I had to charge it up myself. BEWARE. guy is a total rip off had a flat and he only had a used tyre he said I'll give you a good deal. $250 for a used tire and $40 labour and I took the tire off and put it back on. A brand new exact same farroad tire in abbotsford $113 brand new and only wants cash.
Canyon Tire was great and helped my daughter very quickly when she was travelling north and had a blown tire. He came out right away and replaced her tire and had her back on the road! Very much appreciated!
