Just had one of the best customer experiences of my life, I fear? I recently moved somewhere with very little storage and needed to secure a storage unit fast. Because what’s a gal to do with all of her seasonal decor and stuff she couldn’t bring herself to donate!!! This is the first facility that doesn’t beg for a review . The move in experience was perfect ! They offered to show us the unit sizing difference without even asking , Mrs .Pam was super nice and friendly and fast as well !
The moving van was a pleasure to drive but wasn't super clean in the cab. Friendly staff but I wasn't happy to get charged $15 for their "Safemove®" add-on that I am certain I opted out of... But I'd still rent a van from them again.
I can't recommend this place highly enough! The facility is incredibly clean and well maintained. Very secure and well monitored. I stored my belongings at Canyon storage for three years and never had any issues or concerns. The staff are incredible and the customer service is top notch. Everyone is so kind, helpful, friendly, and responsive. They are all genuinely nice people.
