I went to Canyon State Wireless to get the cable that connects to an Amateur (HAM) Radio antenna fixed. I walked in to their facility, and there was a lot of activity, guys talking on the phone, meetings about current projects, and during all this a guy asks how he can help me. I told him what I needed, but since I am not their normal customer base, they don't carry the part I need.
