We've loved these apartments for the past few years and continue to happily call it home. The management team is outstanding, especially Janine and Tammy. They are always welcoming, friendly, respectful, and genuinely listen to residents. I'd also like to recognize the two maintenance team members who consistently follow up on technical/ repair requests and are prompt, professional, and resolve it efficiently. It's clear that everyone here truly cares about the residents, and that makes this a wonderful place to live.

I was referred to this location. I toured with my daughter. We absolutely love all the amenities. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Canyon Springs is her top choice.
Tried doing a self-guided tour on Sunday drove all the way from Covington and the doors were not open and every time I called for help this lady was pretending that she couldn’t hear me
