Recommendedi have been @ the scottsdale location two seperate 12 week sessions due to recuperating from two different operations.....i always paid in advance in money....i had one more session & unfortunately did not go......that location has since closed--i called the Glendale location and asked if they would mail me my $40.00 which I was entitled to.....I have called again & was told it would be sent....I was promised each & every time the check would be sent out!!!! To date, I have not received it!!!!
