Doesn't accept transfers or deliveries of assault rifles... If a gun is California legal why on earth can they not do business with me ?
Customer service is terrible. If you call be prepared to have the lady ask the phone and hanging up on you while your still asking questions. This happen 3 times. VERY RUDE and horrible customer service. I asked for the inventory over the phone there response " there all over the store I don't know". Really? How about checking the file and seeing what's in stock rather than being lazy. Spoke to the manager and he backed her rudeness with a "we are very busy here" response. They'll be square with you combining knowledge & professionalism. Don't ask extremely foolish questions "like your 8 yr. old daughter would ask" about the business and sport of firearms and you'll recieve a solid answer. Ron, Zack & associates are very high caliber men and won't put the screws to you.
Ron and his guys are very helpful. The selection is the best in the area. I recently had 2 pistols fixed there. They were back by the end of the week and they did not charge me for one of them! Great place to go
Canyon Sports has what I believe to be the largest selection of guns and shooting accessories in the East Bay. They carry a large selection of rifles, shotguns and handguns as well as a large selection of cleaning and shooting supplies. They also carry a nice selection of gun safes.
