This place deserves 0 stars!! We moved in December of 2024. Honestly, from the start we had problems. Trash everywhere, our upstairs neighbors hung GIANT rugs off their balcony which then covered mine, and if it rained it would flood my patio. Kids bullying and physically hurting my children. My truck was vandalized by the kids in the complex (I know because "6 7" was carved into the side of the bed of my truck) as well as endless scratches from them running into vehicles on their bikes, scooters, etc. The kids are also extr... read more
I would give this place a zero if I could me my family moved in around 2021 move in was great but after a couple months it went bad and I’ve lived in apartments all my life and you know the loud noice never a big of a bother to me I know it’s place for kids but this place way more than just noise …. Jeremy has made my move from Texas easy and smooth great customer service. I appreciate Jennifer as well the communication was great I love my apartment everything so clean
I have been living at Canyon Run for 1.5 yrs and the maintenance Eulises and manager Carlos are very professional and they both take care of us with high standard and in a timely manner
The workers are very nice and helpful to apartment users and the place is very well kept and clean!
