I’ve been a client for a while & i have been seeing the new docs & tbh I wasn’t sure at first cause new Doc seem to immediately question our diagnosis when looking new X-rays on a CHF heart enlargement pup, we were referred to cardiac specialist & and they confirmed doc was right, no CHF, no enlargement ( he was also having seziures on the heart med ) so we stopped heart meds readjusting treatment and I went from so upset to sooo grateful 🥹 this new younger female Doc ( I think she’s new, new to me :) she knows her stuff an... read more
Staff are all very polite and professional. I know it should be a given but what I like best is the fact that are all truly dog lovers:)))
I've been going here for 3 years and recently, this place has gone downhill HARD. There's maybe one nice front desk person and the rest are either rude or incompetent, and scheduling is a nightmare. They honestly should have recommended their clients just go somewhere else I know their vets have retired or gotten sick or something but this situation they're in now is awful. We really liked this vet for quite awhile. We started bringing our dogs to Dr. Black during Covid, they allowed me to be at the appointments for my anxious boy when every other vet was drop off only. The last year or so has gone down hill. One or two of the vets retired and Dr. Black is no longer seeing patients. It’s a nightmare to get in to an appointment, my dog was in a cone this week because he was so itchy and it was a 5 week wait or I could do a drop off appointment and pay double for him to be kenneled all day and se... read more
