Nice being close to town. Wide hallways. Floor to ceiling windows. Meh swimming pool. Good balconies.
If you’re a married couple working at the Mormon temple then you will like this place. If people like that drive you crazy then you will not like this place. They are a “rule nazis”. But the building is a very convenient walk to downtown.
The location is excellent, but if you are a non-white person, they will most likely think you are a worker in the building or an intruder. No pets are allowed in the building, which is perfect for me.
