Just completed the 3 day swift water rescue course and cannot express in words how exceptional this course was. It should be MUST DO for any whitewater enthusiast. From early on day one until the completion on day three you are always engaged and seeing the practical application of all that your learning. Highly Recommend!!
My wife and I went on the river with Alan for a full day of whitewater instruction, mainly in Class 2 water. We learned a ton, had a great time, always felt safe, and really gained a lot of confidence. I would give Alan and CRI 5+ stars for being a super competent instructor and also just a great person. We are very new to rafting and took a paddle guiding course with CRI and it was excellent. Our instructor and all of the other staff we met there were kind, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. I would absolutely take another course with them!
