I decided not to move here because of a complete lack of integrity during the leasing process. When I initially submitted my application, I was told that even though I had listed Unit 23 in the application, I would be able to move into Unit 6 instead. And Unit 6 was what I prefer to move into. However, when the time came to actually sign the lease, they went back on their word and claimed they couldn't hold Unit 6 until my move-in date. These are the worst apartments in new mexico. They don't anything. They have hidden fees. Crystal Ortiz doesn't do her job. She allowed the neighbors to harass me and my family without doing anything. Had police reports and evidence and absolutely nothing. She shouldn't be allowed to run the leasing office. Ten out of ten don't recommend
