We spent six nights there. The absence of 'junk' food was refreshing. With more than a thuosand employees from servers to drivers to folks who graciously attend to any need, it was a nice break from the rigors of daily life. If one, ahead of the experience, expected a 'type' of guest, they would be wrong. Many were on the high-end of the net worth scale. Attempts to stereotype would fail. Best place for your overall health journey . Always something to do whether you want to go to the spa, work on your athletic performance, or just relax. Never ending choices of healthy food . Here are some things I recommend . 1. Relaxation - floating sound meditation 2. For athletes - strength and endurance clinic 3. Workout - glide and burn. If you want quiet time and just read I found the perfect isolated spot behind the retail store . Not many people know about it always empty .

I really enjoy spending time at CR and I will continue to come back. However, this stay, both checking in and checking out was incredibly stressful. When I reviewed my bill the day before we were leaving, I noticed the price for our stay was lower than what I was quoted when we checked in. We purchased the Michelin package for 5 days and this was confirmed at check in.
