Canyon Ranch is a well known entity to wellness junkies like me. I'd been to other campuses but not this one. This location and experience was my favorite all around. The food was delicious and I was impressed with the massive variety of activities. The instructors I had were also great and expert in their fields. I tried aerial yoga for the first time which was awkward for me but I loved it. The bicycle mural tour is not to be missed if you are comfortable biking on city streets.
A 5-star health resort with plenty of activities, spa services, arts and crafts, etc. My favorite services were the aromatherapy massage (Zach S. is amazing!!!) and the memory wire bracelet art class. I'll be using the bracelet for a long time, and I love the focus on mind-body-spirit wellness here. I will say - and this is not a bad thing, mind you - the food is intentionally quite healthy and there are constraints around that, culinarily speaking.
