Place is absolutely disgusting. Rouches everywhere!!! i am a clean freak and i now have to pay out of my lease because it is that awful. The worst place i have ever lived... I never write reviews and i joined just to be sure anyone looking to rent is informed. My car has been broken into TWICE now. Also management has had my car towed due to construction in their lot, not on the day i was informed it would be but days after. You have been warned. Not the place you want to live
Horrible place to live, maintenance is very lazy there is one guy that actually does his job but most of them sit inside their office doing nothing. the porters don't clean up instead they complain about the tenants and saying they are making the mess when its just trash from the garbage blowing around the parking lot. The sidewalks are filled with gravel and rocks because porters do not sweep the sidewalks making it easy to slip and off i know a couple people that have hurt themselves. I just moved in here and I loved this place, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, everything is nearby, and i am a casino worker, so I got an extra discount on my rent. i have visited this apartment community before and I did not like it, but now with all their new improvements the community is beautiful. I am very happy here.
Lots of crime, cars broken into. This winter we got rats coming into the building, gnawing loudly in the ceiling right above our bedroom, and then bathroom. Talked to management once, they then lost the work order, making us wait 2 weeks... So far, for pest control..
This is the worst apartment I have ever had to live in. The people who live here are so inconsiderate it's ridiculous and when you make a complaint to the office they do NOTHING. there are two cars that blare their music multiple times throughout the night waking up my 6 month old and the office says they can't so anything unless they know the apartment number. Horrible. Cockroaches everywhere, homeless people everywhere, drug deals/busts, graffiti, and everything is broken. The gym is broken, all but 1 pool is closed all year, the gates are broken, most of the apartments have broken appliances. The management is very shady and untrustworthy. After verifying twice that I had a credit on my account and my rent was only 300 for the month, they call me up demanding I pay late fees and even more for their screw up. I have lived in this apartment complex for 5years and have always paid my rent ahead of time with my credit card .In oct I went to the website .I wasnt able to pay my rent because they canceled. acepting payments for the complex. So I contacted canyon point and they were not very helpful about resoveling the problem and told me that I would have to pay .when I explained my side of the story they finaly said that even thou I would be late I gave them a 375.00 check then 155.00 check while I waited for them to send me the info... read more
