Tony was great! So helpful! Very kind. Explained everything to me so I could understand what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He didn’t try to get to go with the more expensive and ‘true fix’ (only because I explained that I would be selling the house and didn’t want to put a lot of money into it when my 94 year old mother passes away).
Outstanding and fast service!
The tech was amazing! He was able to come to my home same day. Also, earlier than expected. He was here and did all he could to fix our issue. He was nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Will use again, if we have any more issues.
Derek arrived on time, worked efficiently, and helped me move an old appliance out of the way.
