Rich is fantastic! Dropped everything on a Sunday to come to my home to try to snake a pipe. Didn’t even have the equipment, but he found it. And he didn’t even know me. Just a very nice friendly guy doing what he could to help. He was able to diagnose the issue was off property and we called a city person who then was able to come clear the line. I’ll definitely keep his number close if I need anything again. Thanks for helping so quickly!
