Read the fine print. I lived at this apartment complex for over 25 years, and as a result I have become more familiar with it than most people ever will. Its an older complex, and in a seismically active place like California, the buildings are not built to recent seismic codes. Pros: The staff are incredibly kind. While I have seen quite a few managers come and go, they are always kind and welcoming, and the maintenance staff is always helpful.
