Canyon medical hospital is one of the worst customer service facilities I had to encounter for the follow up with the doctor appointment. Can't say if my pup surgery was a success because they would not see her because we were stuck on the freeway from a accident. So with that being said the services rating i give is a one star. Thanks Dr. Church's staff.
Do not take your loved pets to this corporate facility! We have spent thousands of dollars bringing our pets to this facility, mostly just because of their convenience, late hours, and walk in services, but time and time again they disappoint us. Finally, I'm listening to my husband and will never bring them back again. The first major red flag was bringing our 15 yo dog in for urine incontinence in which they did something wrong with a procedure and she couldn't move. Horrible experience I had an appointment set for 5 o’clock and they kept pushing it back my dog was having a problem breathing. They never got to him we ended up having to take him to another vet the next day we stayed at this vet until 10 o’clock at night and they said they were going to work on him but they never did, they worked on another dog. Very disappointed in this experience and will never come back here. The prices are a rip off definitely don’t recommend this place.
RecommendedThe staff are simply amazing. You definitely get the feeling that they truly love your pet. The vets are expert level and made a tough call to do what was best for our girl Stella.
Spent 6 hours in the hospital today with my fur baby.....he was bleeding from his gums and I can’t say enough great things about Canyon Pet Hospital. Yes I was there for 6 hours, but Montana got the best treatment and love ❤️ and I still have money in my bank account! Blood work was all negative, he just needed a little sedation because he was uncooperative. He is zonked out now...and I just needed to thank the people who were so kind and caring.....it definitely goes a long way ❤️ Next step is we have to rule out Von Willeb... read more

Excellent staff. We were there twice in one week for emergency visits with our two dogs. Thorough examinations both times. Highly recommended.
I will be writing an email to the owner.. I don’t want to leave a lengthy review, I just cannot thank you all enough for saving Athena’s life. You all worked with the vaccine manufacturer after the original vet office refused to believe the vaccine is what was causing her seizures. She wasn’t eating, she wasn’t drinking, she had a fever and had two seizures less than 24 hours after receiving shots. What an absolute amazing hospital and staff. Thank u from the bottom of my heart. Athena will never go anywhere else but Canyon
