I have lived here for nearly a year. In retrospect, the first red flag presented when they would not let me see the apartment before moving in. I pressed to make sure the apartment would actually match the pictures shown (we wanted the upgraded/renovated apartment and elected a lease that had higher rent to secure that apartment).
