I've been to a lot of offices. It was great. Friendly service and I liked my glasses.
Very bad service. They made my glasses wrong and they took a long time. They also wanted to charge me for something they did wrong.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been coming to canyon lake optometry for well over 20 years, since I was a teenager actually, I recently brought my kids in and everything went well until my teenage son needed contacts. He’s never had contacts so I called to make an appointment. Before the initial appointment, I called to ask questions. What did the exam cost? I have been going to them for four years now I have no problem. They are excellent.
My glasses arrived quickly. One of the women in particular didn’t have a very welcoming attitude which was followed by rude looks when i needed to pick out my frame. this is the 2nd to 3rd time she’s done this:/ might bring my business elsewhere
