My glasses arrived quickly. One of the women in particular didn’t have a very welcoming attitude which was followed by rude looks when i needed to pick out my frame. this is the 2nd to 3rd time she’s done this:/ might bring my business elsewhere
Very bad experience! Ordered glasses, was told they would arrive in approx a week. After a week I called to see if they arrived, they hadn't. Called back a week later, still hadn't arrived. Noone called to provide an update. Went in a few weeks after that in person, still no glasses. Staff running around clueless with what's going on, unable to provide a status for the order. For the overpriced product there should be better service. Save time and money and go somewhere else.
I go there and I don't have any problems they are super nice people and respectful
Called today and luckily was able to be seen on the same day. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. The optometrist was amazing, thorough and very patient. Much 3 year old daughter was with me and we all know how that goes. She wanted to be very involved with the appointment. While picking my glasses in the other room one of the assistance brought out a treasure box for my daughter to play while I was able to look for some new glasses.
