My buddy and I stayed on a Saturday night and left Sunday morning. Angie helped me with reservations over the phone and she was super! Then I got SIX identical confirmation emails- don't know who's fault that was, but it was annoying. We checked in at around 4pm. I wanted to clean up before going out for the night so I went in to turn on the shower. Unbelievable, tv so low we couldn't hear it. Ruined the night for us. After a long drive we were looking forward to watching tv. Air-conditioning isn't very good. Really close to the road so you hear traffic the entire night. Front desk lady really friendly. Wouldn't stay here again. There are plenty of of other places to stay. I recommend you stay there not here
We stayed twice, once two nights, and came back again and stayed three nights. It's an older motel, but updated with no carpet. Thank you! It's pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The beds were comfortable, nice, big wastebasket, most hotels provide the smallest ones that fill up in one night, quiet even though it's right off Route 66, friendly staff, and conveniently located to restaurants, coffee shops, NAU, and downtown Flag! Lovely motel! The rooms were clean and well maintained. Great water pressure in the shower. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was really nice! My one complaint with the room is that the AC unit made these clicking noises all night and didn't work very well. Room 108 ac probably just needs a tune up :) 15 min walk from downtown and with the AC unit running I couldn't hear any street noise
