Hospice is never a fun thing. But most of us will come to a point in life that it is necessary. Canyon Home Care & Hospice was professional, curtious and helpful, going way beyond what was necessary which helped doing this hard time.
Canyon, home health has been a lifesaver. My mother was admitted to the ICU and spent six nights in there when she was released we needed to do some home physical therapy to get her back on her feet. Dana is the RN she showed up first. and she was amazing. Very easy to talk to took all of our needs and assess them and was able to put everything in motion so Curt could start showing up. Unsurpassed care! If I were to get out my thesaurus and type every synonym for excellence, I'm still unsure it would be enough. Every person we've come in contact with has acted with the utmost professionalism, sympathy, compassion, and care - for patient and family. Canyon is wonderful. I had a bad side effect from chemo and was hospitalized for 11 days. Canyon came and helped me regain my strength and balance. All PT and OT people knew how to push me. They were kind and knowledgeable while doing that. Patty, who came to help with personal care, was caring and helped me feel comfortable. Canyon is great.
I wish to thank Canyon home care and hospice for helping me recover from covid. I especially appreciate Lucelly Hernandes for her expertise and top notch quality care.
