We hired Ben to come out and fix our ductless system at our venue, which we've had hvac guys who couldn't figure out the issues in the past. He fixed it with no problems, along with getting us on the schedule quick (which was important to us, with events coming up) and calling me back promptly as well. I've known him a long time and he's a reasonable, fair & trustworthy person through and through.
