Highly recommend.
The customer Service is good but the technician is really SORRY! He stood us up ! My husband and I waited for 4 hours for him to not show up. He kept saying 1 hour for having to find a ladder and never showed. Wasted our time! We could have been called another company! And they collected my payment upfront! I’m now waiting for my refund. So depending on how fast I get my refund my 3 star will remain if not I’m going back to rating it one star. This is just because the customer service was good.
I want to thank Canyon Heating & Air Conditioning team for coming and finishing the job in such a timely manner. The 3-man crew was very professional and polite. I had a furnace and Air Conditioning Unit installed at my home. Thank you so much Canyon! The units looks fantastic and work perfectly!
