I can tell you why the water bill is atrocious, the plumbing at Canyon Grove sucks! I remember complaining when I first got there about how long it took for the water to get hot. I'd have to let the sink run for 10minutes before it would get luke warm. Don't get me started on the shower, at least 15 minutes of wasting water before it would get just warm.
