Absolute trash.
WOW. We had this company do an entire shopping center full of windows. They were more than 6 months over schedule. They never sealed them (water and dust right on thru), and now we are finding out that some of the windows are not even secured! We have a loose window, that can literally fall out. The frames are wrong, the gaskets are wrong. Baker glass won't even touch fixing it they said its so bad. They suggested taking the windows out and reframing them. Brutal.
