Was wondering why management allows smoking in the apartment complex? I was informed that it was against company policy yet people do it multiple times a day... EVERY day... and the manager or maintenence people wont pull the trigger and evict these people?! Not a place I would like to live OR die...

While I haven't lived there, I do know a number of people who do. The bed bugs were dealt with and are gone. They happen even in five star establishments. But more so than many apartment complexes of its kind, there is a real sense of community here. The people are generally kind and caring about each other and have a good time together. And being right next to the rec center and right next to Clear Creek, the environment is quite nice.
