Staff efficient and respectful and friendly, Dr.Correa takes time to speak with you and address any questions I had and clarified next visit expectations and goals. Dr. Correa IS NO LONGER WITH THIS PRACTICE. It is now clear they are not putting client/patientfirst,but profit. I scheduled a new patient appointment because I had excruciating pain in my shoulder. I was not able to sleep for 2 nights. By the 3rd day it felt a little better. The doctor said she would prescribe a steroid and sent me for X-rays. I was never notified by the pharmacy that a script was called in. By Wednesday I still hadn't heard anything so I called. I was told that the doctor would give me the results of the X-rays in 2 weeks. I find this totally unacceptable. By now my shoulder is not as painful. I have no idea what the... read more
We’ve been at canyon pediatrics for about 2 years now and have loved every second. It’s easy to schedule appointments and doctors are always on time. We love seeing Kat Waters. She is so good with my kids and helpful with all the advice she shares. Offices are clean and I appreciate that there are multiple locations. 5 stars all around!
