Took my 92 year old mother to Canyon Dental Group for the first time on Saturday. Everyone there was helpful, thorough and curteous. Absolutely love Dr. Toor. She was patient and kind with my Mom and explained what needed to be done. She genuinely seemed to care. That's a big win for my Mom. We've been looking for the right dentist for a while now. Thank you!!!

Would give it a 0 if I could. I came in with pain in my back molar that is radiating up my face and causing headaches. I waited 20 minutes to get scans done with a rude tech that cleaned the X-ray tool she used in my mouth with a just a wet nap. She then proceeded to use the same wet nap to clean her computer keyboard. You would think there would be more sanitation. Then I waited another 30 minutes for a dentist to come in (who didn’t even mention her name) just for her to say my tooth is bruised. She didn’t look in my mouth... read more

I would give triple ZERO stars here. They lack communication and probably only respond to people who are paying thousands of dollars added to their “ upsell” sales pitches. It’s as bad as sitting through a timeshare presentation. After numerous calls and “promises” to call me back since October I have given up on them. The first time I went there I was given an itemized breakdown of what I needed done, which was basically fillings that were covered by insurance along with numerous add ins. Poor communication and very inconsiderate about patients’ time. Whoever did the impression did not know what they were doing and left job unfinished.
