I had a fantastic experience at Canyon Dental Group! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office is clean, modern, and very well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Andrabi and the entire dental team were incredibly professional, thorough, and kind. TLDR: I do not recommend going to this facility or spending your hard earned money with this office. Stay away unless you like being overcharged, wasting your time, and frustrated. If you’re sitting on the phone waiting for the dental group to help you, I’ve got a story for you below. Not impressed at all. I feel disappointed to orthodontia Dr.Douglas William at canyon dental group to refused to see my son 10 years old. We had first appointment that my son scared to death to the needle that supposed to have sedation bcoz of trauma from the fast he refused to cooperate for 2 times that day,then we made another appointmentafter2 weeks that day he is ready to cooperate he is brave enough to do the procedure they refused to see my son.
