Extremely disappointed with the treatment I have experienced with Canyon Dental. Severely understaffed. Several times appointments were booked and i was told "we dont have you listed" and forget attempting to get through the call center it's a fiasco. It is a total wreck. Needless to say I am going to a new dentist! Dr Garza is a good guy and Natalie is wonderful, but I AM DONE with the nonsense.
Office staff and hygienist tried to upcharge me for service prior to even having an examination. Very poor service.
