They have closed down sooner than expected and my son is left without orthodontist care for his braces. I have tried calling and even the Brident 1-800 type phone number can’t get ahold of them. I need his records and I don’t have an away to get them or find out which clinic of theirs he was transferred to. Very upsetting. 0/10 for Brident
Do not recommend. I booked an appointment online, got a confirmation email, then a message they were moving my appointment to a later time that didn’t work for me, I called back and rescheduled with a real person only to be called back a few days later to tell me my appointment was cancelled because they’re not accepting new patients.
Friendly Staff!
I was satisfied with my visit. The technician performed a thorough cleaning, however, the dentist was not available to inspect teeth and gums. Also, for some reason I was unable to make my next appointment. I was told they will contact me later. Strange.
