I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Canyon Custom Homes. In my experience, working with Lorenzo has been very frustrating, their warranty service has been effectively nonexistent. Two defective windows were installed at time of build and took over a year to get them addressed. It has now been close to two years , despite numerous phone calls , emails and text for another issue, still has not been resolved.
