I would not go there!!! We were in a unit for over 3 years not knowing that there was water damage in the back of the unit. Our boxes in front had visible moisture on boxes but as we pulled out more we had collapsed boxes, MOLD, rat turds and we had to throw away photo albums and much more. We had to exchange every box!!! I suggest getting insurance because in the contract it says they are NOT responsible for anything!! We lost a lot.

Very nice costumer service, my unit was dirty, had blue confetti and broken glass on the floor, do they not make sure the units are ok before selling them again?

I kind of wish they had longer hours extended hours, it would actually be really nice if they were open 24 hours 7 days a week. Even greater if you could have auto pay set up and pay your account online not only that but pay it up to a year in advance.
