I had a great experience living here for three years. Management improved significantly after Bryant took over — communication was clear, professional, and you could really tell they cared about residents. Maintenance was always fast and on top of repairs, which made a huge difference and gave a lot of peace of mind. The neighbors were friendly, and the community felt comfortable and welcoming. The management team and the maintenance team have been very helpful.
I've been living here for a few months. The people at the HOA are very friendly, and they handle things very quickly. The community environment is also very well-maintained. Last year, they even repaved the community roads with asphalt.
Moving here was absolutely the right decision. The neighbors are friendly, and the management staff are very responsible and attentive. Highly recommended!
Things still havent change, Management still is rude to there daily drivers and blaming them for others mistakes causing delay in packages being delivered. They also lie. They said packages were being stolen when being delivered to front door but yet the lockers are not safe either because packages were being reported missing there to.
