I have called Canyon Crossroads home for two years now and any maintenance issues I have had in those years James has always completed in a timely manner. I recently had a new garage door motor installed and he did a great job. Very friendly and professional. Thank you James!

My roommate and I have lived here since December, and we’ve enjoyed the community. The day we moved in, a sweet neighbor gave us a welcoming gift. They’re also quick and comprehensive at responding to maintenance requests and such. A maintenance gentleman noticed an issue with our water heater before we did on the outside of our apartment. It has been a bit rough, I had a leaking ceiling in my bedroom, with water getting all over my clothes and bedding for about 7 days from a fan that was placed below the leak. I also have a roach problem. With all this, Jasmine has helped me through iit. I love that the maintenance team is very responsive and I love my space at Canyon Crossroads.
I had a great experience living here for three years. Management improved significantly after Bryant took over — communication was clear, professional, and you could really tell they cared about residents. Maintenance was always fast and on top of repairs, which made a huge difference and gave a lot of peace of mind. The neighbors were friendly, and the community felt comfortable and welcoming.
