The management team was completely abysmal prior to the end of 2024. Canyon Crossroads being taken over by Bryten has drastically improved the community experience. Management is easier to deal with. The team actively maintains the grounds, pool, spa, buildings, etc. I'm changing my rating from one-star to three. Insects are a big problem here. There are a lot of scorpions, even with regular pest control. There's also a severe wasp problem in the pool area. Wasps swarm the pool almost all day every day during warmer months. ... read more
Just moved in I love my cute cozy new home. Maintenance was on top of repairs. Only thing I think is need new landscapers seems they work a lot by office but don’t blow leaves or trim trees maybe plant some colorful plants and seed the grass. Other than that no complaints quite cozy and feel safe! Oh I think the pool needs new lawn chairs I would even help to chip in to make this place 4 star , but minus the little stuff I am very happy to call this HOME ❤️👍🏻

James from maintenance greeted me at door and introduced himself. He was cheerful and professional. He reviewed the items that needed repair. He asked questions to clarify what I said and explained what he will do. He repaired the items in question. During this time he was cheerful , helpful and professional. I appreciated his quick response and fixes.
