They turn off the water every other month and it’s started to become annoying You can literally count on a letter from the apartment complex every other month that their lousy construction team is coming to work on the water and they literally work on it for days You would think in 2024 they would have the water situation figured out but I seriously think they turn off the water by design for financial reasons
I moved here 4 years ago and it’s a awesome place to live.. management is awesome and maintenance is awesome.. they are so helpful with everything… Thank you Canyon Crest Views
I've been a resident for 3 years and this is the greatest community. The communication is top tier. Problems and issues are fixed and addressed immediately. The staff really values their residents and I couldn't ask for more. They make everything so easy, fun, and safe. We love it here. I will recommend family and friends to apply. It's truly a great place to live.
I've lived here for almost 12 years. The staff are like family to me as they care about my comfort, peace and overal happiness which is why I'm a long-term resident. (There are several of us). The property, grounds and staff make living here more like a housing development other than apartment living...it feels like home. I encourage anyone who reads this post to visit the property and consider being a part of this great community. A grateful and happy resident.
We’ve enjoyed our experience living here thus far. I’d say the cost of rent doesn’t match the quality of the amentities, but that seems to be the “world” we live in right now. We’ve met a few of our neighbors and they are friendly and willing to help if needed (one watched our cat for a few days). The property is a lot quieter and more peaceful than downtown (where we previously lived). This is a major plus for us. And being across from the C.C. Towncenter is fantastic.
