We have been living here far longer than we wanted to. These apartments are poorly run and badly maintained. We had roaches for far too long because we knew if we complained the manager would blame them on us. The pool is always gross. The tennis court has no net and is used as a soccer area. Other tenants blast their music late into the evening. The parking situation is horrible. I have currently lived at Canyon Crest Apartments for 4 months now. I am very displeased in the manner that they have handled my tenancy. ***Prior to moving in our carpet was disgusting & never replaced, its about 3-5 years old I would say. ***We have seen cochroaches numerous times. ***The a/c unit caused severe water damage to the apartment floor prior to our move-in & still has not been fixed/replaced.
