We started with Keith Zars Pools as they were supposed to be the "premier pool company". They treated us like they WERE the premier company and we had to just take what they designed. We didn't feel comfortable, so we called Canyon Creek. Dennis made a special trip out on a Saturday morning, proving to us that he WANTED our business. They always give the respond with " we will have some go out" Always have to call over 3 to 4 times. I need tile replace and have called 3 times and always we will send someone out. 2 months later, still waiting.
Canyon Creek built my pool and I had had nothing but expensive problems with it. They have stopped returning my calls, which seems very unprofessional. I have hired another pool company to fix continuing problems.
