I've been here twice, the first time I had an infection and he had to drain it, absolutely painful but not because of anything Dr. Christianson did but just how severe it was. I ended up going home in a much better place than I was. The second time he had to start the root canal and it was like getting a filling. He is phenomenal at what he does and you can see he genuinely cares. I hate going to the dentist and get anxiety so bad and this second time was a breeze. Amazing doctor and staff. So caring, kind got us in quickly and even followed up with us. I was so impressed with everyone here and highly recommend this office!
Worst experience of my life! He has no compassion or empathy at all. Worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen! I had a full blown panic attack in the chair and he just got up and left me and so did the assistant. They didn’t check in me I was hyperventilating and couldn’t breathe. This man has zero empathy. My fist visit he didn’t wait for the numbing gel to sit for longer than 30 seconds because he was in such a hurry and when he gave the shots I was crying and writhing in pain and he just shushed me and kept going. Doctor Christianson is great and did an awesome job with the root canal and he gives honest opinions about the whole procedure. I would like to recognize Brandy the Manager at front desk and Emma the receptionist both of them were so helpful. And Brandy personally have taken care of my insurance claims. Thank you.
Dr Christianson and his staff are amazing! That was the best experience i've ever had with my root canal. Everyone was super nice, very thorough and the experience was super comfortable. I even loved how all the staff was talking and laughing. You can tell that they all have a great rapport with each other. I highly recommend this group!
