I wish I had read these reviews prior to making the decision to order from Canyon Creek. They were recommended to us by Great Floors, most likely due to the kick back percentage they receive from orders. We placed our order for kitchen & bathroom cabinets for our remodel on August 3, 2023 for a shade under $30K , a second order for some changes on Aug 11, 2023 for near $5K, another add order on Sept 21, 2023 for $4K for a total order or just shy of $40K. Our cabinets were terrible quality. The paint did not hold up at all and the company blamed us ("they were next to an oven!" "They were under a sink!") and did not stand by their warranty. After 5 years of light to medium use we had to re-face the entire kitchen. Very disappointing and expensive. Stay away.
I do not usually give reviews, but this deserved a review. The only reason we are giving 2 stars is because the quality of the cabinets are nice (after an extremely drawn out and awful process). That being said, they messed up our orders not once, not twice, but THREE times. There is an extreme lack of quality control - they pack boxes that say the correct order on the label, and put in cabinets that are the wrong color and are missing pieces to the point you can’t even use the cabinets. We had our kitchen cabinets replaced a couple of years ago. The quality is great; they were delivered on time by friendly, helpful employees; the ordering process was easy with all our questions and concerns answered accurately with understanding.
