1 star i currently live here and i regret moving in I had to fight with them when i first moved in because the apartment was nasty and it stink so bad I should've broke my lease kids are steady throwing trash in my yard the grounds man never comes to pick it up they lazy as hell worse decision I ever made they seem so sweet and cool until you move it I will not spend another year in this hell hold
I had an amazing experience at Canyon Creek apartments! I was greeted with Jannelle that was very enthusiastic about going over pricing and units with me. I was also greeted by Romano who was telling all about the apartment complex and answering any questions I had. During my tour, I recognized the landscape and the overall cozy feeling of the place. It looked amazing and well taken care of! Overall a wonderful experience, I will be looking into the details of renting!!
I had trouble with my shower knob. It wouldn't pull out to get the water started I put in work order and JP came. He couldn't pull it out either. Within minutes he had it fixed, replacing the cartridge. He also noticed that my oven was not calibrated properly (30 degrees off) and fixed that too! I always thought I was a bad cook, burning everything! He was so nice and understanding. From now on I will always request him. Thanks, JP!
Canyon Creek Apartments and Townhomes is a wonderful community, and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Carolyn is an amazing manager and so easy to work with.
I was happy with the service where Dustin did repairs in my apartment swift and perfect.Am so greatful
