We lived here for 6 years that flew so quickly! We lived cozy, safe, comfortable and we were so happy and would move back here if need be. It’s quiet, well maintained, clean and staff is awesome (Monica, Flor and Alex you ladies are great!!!) I love how they always host events from egg hunts for the kids to Halloween event very interactive with the residents. Highly recommend if your looking. You won’t regret it!
I've lived at Canyon Creek Apartments for about 5 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful greenery that you forget you live in a desert. One of the standout aspects of living here is the staff, especially Marvin, the groundskeeper. He does an incredible job keeping the property looking clean, safe, and beautiful year-round. Lived here for a year, it is a relatively safe area in east Palmdale. Unit is clean and well kept area, quiet nice neighbors. The only thing is they charge a lot of hidden fees, original rent on lease was 1,600 but I keep paying 1,800 every month. I don’t mind paying 1,800, I just hope they didn’t advertise their units at a certain price like bait then pay more than what was posted. It's been 1 year and I love it here. It's peaceful. I have never lived in a community that everyone is actually friendly. Office staff are so nice and always attentive. Maintenance staff, amazing, quick and so respectful.
From day one tour to moving in. Best experience in town. Keep up the great work team.
