The weekend event for the 2023 Eclipse was very well organized, and a delight to attend. Our needs were anticipated, and the staff worked hard to give us a great experience during the eclipse. The center itself is beautiful inside and out, and well designed for events such as this.
Do not miss for education about this area
This is the worst museum to go to for me personally. We tried to go here the first time and we were not allowed to go in because they have a water main break.. at first it was understandable because it was a rough winter. Today we came in because the website says it’s open Tues-Sat 10-4, and I even called to confirm and the voicemail mentioned different hours (Mon-sat 9-6, open on sundays too). I have been here before and it was great experience. However, I was not impressed this morning. I attempted to take my kids here at 10 AM and the doors were locked. I waited for 20 minutes with no sign of staff opening the facility. The business stated it would be open at 10 AM in the following places: Google maps, road sign, and facility door.
